1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the bc35 platform (including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, live casino, and all associated services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of bc35 without exception, including players accessing the platform via mobile browser, desktop, or any other device.

If you are using bc35 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. bc35 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time during the course of your relationship with the platform, and any failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bc35, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bc35 reserves the right to carry out verification checks at any point to confirm that these requirements are met, and any account found to be in breach of eligibility conditions will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bc35 strictly prohibits any person under 21 years of age from creating an account or accessing any service on the platform. Age verification may be required at any time and documents confirming your date of birth must be provided on request within 72 hours.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated scripts, bots, or any non-human actors may not create or use accounts on bc35.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be accessing bc35 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bc35 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.

bc35 may, at its discretion, decline to offer services to any individual without being required to provide a reason. This includes cases where bc35 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not satisfy one or more eligibility requirements, or where offering services to that player would expose bc35 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one bc35 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the device, phone number, email address, or payment method used — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.

• You are required to keep your login credentials strictly confidential. bc35 will never ask you for your password in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
• You must notify bc35 support immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. bc35 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Account registration requires a valid phone number capable of receiving SMS messages for verification purposes. bc35 may require additional identity documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address) at any point during the account lifecycle as part of its KYC process.
• bc35 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, bc35 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder using the registered contact details. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be retained by bc35 following the closure notice period.

bc35 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your bc35 account, balance, or any accrued winnings to any other person. Any attempted transfer of an account is grounds for immediate account termination.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

bc35 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from selected Bangladeshi banks. All financial transactions on bc35 are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits are published in your account settings and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bc35 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit made from a third-party source will be refunded and the associated account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 60 seconds for standard bKash and Nagad transactions during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. bc35 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• bc35 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where a withdrawal request exceeds thresholds set internally by bc35, enhanced due diligence checks may apply and the processing time may be extended accordingly.

bc35 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and banks) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bc35's control and will be borne by the player.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bc35 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the terms applicable to that bonus.

• All bonuses, including welcome bonuses and free spins, are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer terms at the time the bonus is issued.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the intended recipient. Using multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated group activity to claim the same bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. bc35 will forfeit all bonuses and winnings associated with fraudulent bonus claims and may report such activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your bc35 account balance and may only be used on the bc35 platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player, exchanged for cash, or used to satisfy withdrawal obligations.
• bc35 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and is in the process of being rolled over, the original terms at the time of claiming will apply.

bc35 employs automated monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns that may indicate bonus abuse, arbitrage, or other forms of advantage play inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Where such patterns are detected, bc35 may void associated winnings and adjust or remove bonuses without liability.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on bc35 are provided by certified third-party gaming providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. These providers use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, independent, and fair. bc35 does not control or influence the outcomes of any game offered on the platform.

• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption during a game round, bc35 will endeavour to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where full restoration is not possible, the round will be voided and any stake committed to that round will be returned to the player's balance.
• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or method that provides an unfair advantage over the house or other players, including but not limited to card counting software, automated betting scripts, exploit tools, or any mechanism that manipulates game outcomes.
• Any malfunction of a game voids all related bets and pays. Where a displayed jackpot or prize amount is clearly the result of a system error, bc35 is not obligated to honour that amount and reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's stake.

bc35 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any game from the platform at any time for operational, technical, or compliance reasons without prior notice. Where a game is withdrawn, any active sessions will be terminated and stakes returned to player balances.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bc35. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited. bc35 reserves the right to report evidence of prohibited activities to relevant law enforcement and financial authorities.

• Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using the bc35 platform to transfer funds between parties, or using casino transactions to obscure the origin or ownership of funds.
• Fraud, including providing false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, filing false chargeback claims, or any other act intended to deceive bc35 or its payment partners.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in multiplayer games or live casino tables with the intent of generating an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access, navigate, or place bets on bc35 without direct human interaction at each individual step of the process.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with bc35's systems, infrastructure, source code, databases, or APIs without authorisation, including any activity that could be characterised as hacking, penetration testing, or denial-of-service.

bc35 maintains transaction monitoring and behavioural analytics systems that operate continuously. Players who trigger risk thresholds may have their accounts placed under enhanced review, during which withdrawals may be delayed pending the outcome of the review. bc35 will communicate the nature of any such review to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

8Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: configurable daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation and can only be reduced (not increased) without a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9Account Suspension and Termination

bc35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time. The following are non-exhaustive examples of grounds on which bc35 may take such action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, and account registration obligations.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the timeframe specified by bc35 when requested as part of its KYC process.
• Any conduct that bc35 reasonably concludes constitutes fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other criminal activity, whether or not formal legal proceedings have been initiated in relation to such conduct.

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these terms, bc35 is entitled to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where bc35 confirms a material breach, the remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where no material breach is confirmed, any legitimately earned balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from breach activity) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bc35 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the bc35 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of revenue or profits; disruption to betting activities due to platform downtime or third-party service failure; or any other loss arising from circumstances beyond bc35's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, device failures, or payment provider outages.

bc35's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bc35 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit bc35's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the bc35 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data, and all other material — is the property of bc35 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bc35 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bc35 platform without prior written consent from bc35. Any unauthorised use of bc35's intellectual property will be treated as a serious breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

12Privacy and Data

bc35 collects, processes, and stores personal data about its players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering with bc35, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and bc35.

bc35 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. 13Amendments to These Terms

The updated terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of bc35, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with bc35 customer support. bc35 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree that the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
